TSDS is happy to help support and promote other dance related events, fundraiser's, organizations not related to the Triangle Swing Dance Society. These Promotions may or may not include our web site, printed flyers, calendar, and email distribution to our members.

When possible, please submit the information for your event or announcement at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance.

Appropriate for Electronic Distribution

• Electronic Distribution may include our Web site, calendar and / or mailing list
• Dance related events such as Weekend Workshops, special dances, relocation to a new venue, charity fundraiser's, or other information that would be of direct interest to our members
• Submissions must be in Text or Standard HTML Format. Sorry, but we cannot accept PDF's, Power Point Slides, or other proprietary attachments
• Submissions must include all important details, such as dates, times, contact information, pricing, location of the event, website and the organization responsible. If the event is a fundraiser, it must also clearly state the charity's benefactor.
• Please take the time to proof read, spell check and properly format your electronic flyer so that it is easy to read and understand. This includes proper punctuation, no run on sentences, and correct use of upper and lower case. We will not format your flyers for you, nor will we post those that may reflect badly upon TSDS.

Not Appropriate for Electronic Distribution

• Events that recur on a regular basis, such as weekly dances, class schedules, etc
• For Profit advertising or solicitations, such as shoe sales, club schedules, Dance Classes, or concerts, or band performances
